ABOUT REGINA
Regina Watts focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation. Regina also has significant experience in domestic relations, including complex divorce cases and contested custody battles.
Outside of the office, Regina serves on the Young Professional Board for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of St. Louis, an organization that advocates for, helps, and supports children in the foster care system. She is also a volunteer with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri.
BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION
Regina graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science in Education. She went on to earn a Master of Arts from Webster University, where she received the Delmar-Cengage Award for being the top student in her program. Following that, Regina went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from St. Louis University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Academic Excellence Award for Negotiations.
Prior to law school, Regina worked as a paralegal in a general litigation law firm. During law school, Regina clerked for a private practice law firm focusing on family law. In addition, she completed an internship with St. Louis County Family Court working on a wide array of juvenile abuse and neglect cases. Regina also served as a Rule 13 Student Lawyer for Catholic Legal Assistance Ministry representing low-income families and providing court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem Representation for St. Louis City’s order of protection docket. Additionally, Regina served as President of the St. Louis University School of Law Family Law Association for two years. Prior to joining Watts Law Group, Regina was an attorney in a family law practice.
